To address such situations, we’ve laid down a comprehensive return and refund policy.
1. General Return Guidelines:
- Time Frame: Products can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Condition: For eligibility, items must be in their original state: unused, undamaged, and with intact packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: Retain your receipt or proof of purchase. This will expedite the return process.
2. Specific Product Guidelines:
- Clothing & Gym Wear: Items should be unworn unwashed, with tags in place.
- Shoes & Bags: Must be in original condition, with brand tags and boxes. Ensure shoes are tried indoors on a clean surface.
- Kitchen Tools & Gadgets: Return these in their original packaging. If you suspect a malfunction or damage on arrival, contact us immediately.
- Digital Products & Affiliate Items: Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be returned once delivered.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Custom-made items
- Some personal care products
4. Holiday and Seasonal Exceptions (Q4 Specifics):
Understanding the festive rush and gifting nature of the last quarter, we extend our return window for purchases made from Nov 1 – Dec 31 to January 31 of the following year.
5. Return Inspection:
- Products returned will undergo rigorous quality checks.
- Should an item not meet the aforementioned criteria, or if it’s found tampered with, the return will be rejected.
- A shipping fee of $7.99 will be deducted from the refund for any rejected items.
Damaged Goods: Report any defects or damage within 24 hours of delivery.
- After approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Allow several business days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your bank.
- For gift returns, a gift credit will be issued for the item’s value.
7. Sale & Promotional Items:
While regular items can be refunded, sale or promotional items can only be exchanged.

9. Shipping Returns:
- For your first return, the Kitchenex Store covers shipping fees. Subsequent returns will require customers to bear shipping charges.
- Use trackable shipping services, especially for high-value items. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
10. Late Returns:
Post the 30-day window (or extended holiday window); items become ineligible for returns or refunds. Any late returns will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
