What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We always strive to ship out your items as quickly as possible.

However, please note that your order may take 1-3 days to be produced and shipped. On average, shipping times usually take around 10-20 days. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number within 3-5 days. If you do not receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please do not hesitate to email us at support@kitchenexstore.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Our customers’ satisfaction is of great importance to us. Therefore, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee in case of any defects or damages to the product. To know more about the Return and Refund policy and the Terms of Purchase, kindly review the information on our website. You have a generous window of 30 days to initiate the return process and send the product back to us to receive a full refund. However, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost. Once we receive the product, we will process the refund for the full amount of your original purchase. Please make sure to include your name and order number on the returned parcel. 

It’s important to note that if your package is in transit, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive before initiating the return process. Once you receive the product, please follow the instructions provided on our website to return it to us.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order without penalty, but it must be done before shipping. If the item has already shipped, use our easy return system for a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

Please note that if you have misspelled or mistakenly filled out an incorrect address while placing your order, you can simply reply to the order confirmation email and confirm the correct address. In case you realize that the given address is incorrect, kindly notify us via email at support@kitchenexstore.com within 24 hours. We will be happy to change the address to the correct one for you. However, if you fail to inform us of the incorrect address within 24 hours of submission, we will not be able to provide a refund.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location, as we ship worldwide from various fulfillment centers. The average shipping time is 10-20 business days.
